I now realize that it says that dhcpcd
generates /etc/resolv.conf:
"# Generated by dhcpcd for interface wlan0"
It seems to do this often.
Anyway, I seem to have defeated the
replacement of /etc/resolv.conf, so I'll
let it go at that for now.
