Yes, if we had been able to use this circuit then that would be true. 
Our contract states that we have something like a guarenteed 4 hour 
response time. In fact, with another circuit I almost did have to meet a 
tech at work at 2am. Once a circuit is live and in use you get very 
prompt service.

But this is all leading up to the actual installation of a new line. So 
far installation is a MONTH behind. Actually, something like 33 days 
now. That's absolutely uncalled for even if it were a normal DSL circuit.
