Just being pragmatic here but TeamViewer is free for personal support. I
assume that this means friends and family and is to encourage familiarity
with the product so you are more likely to suggest it at work.
To be honest, I'd definitely suggest teamviewer at work, it works without
hassle 100%(so far) of the time.
