[GRLUG] libvirt dhcp

Setup a xen box last week, and switched the networking from the standard
dhcp configuration to static. At the time, I had to do it manually, as
editing the network config files was the only way to get it working.

Unfortunately, libvirt seems to still be giving out dhcp addresses, .. and
there is no deamon running (dhcpd, dnsmasq, ..) doing it; would anyone
know how to turn it off?
