[GRLUG] Are ssd drives worth it?

I have an ssd in my netbook.  I think it is what keeps the atom processor
bearable (fast storage and slow proc).  I bought one for my desktop as
well, but I did not replace my os drive.  I did hardlinks to my Steam and
Origin game dirs, so Iget very fast game launches.
