Azulstar's price is good, but their network reliability is not. I have 
Azul, but I'm about to dump them in favor of AT&T Uverse. It's adequate 
for web surfing, but I run VOIP behind it, which used to drop downstream 
packets all the time. They apparently fixed that, but I now top out at 
about 1 Mbit, which wouldn't be bad except that I'm on a 3 Mbit plan.
