Sure. That's what makes the monopoly
all the sweeter. Alas, vendors want the
volume platform, and on the desktop the
answer to that is clear. That makes me
wonder just how far this similarity of
platforms can really go. Close enough
at the level of surfing and e-mail, but
quite clearly M$, Apple, and Linux have
massively different business models.
