[GRLUG] FF4 cookie management?

It appears that FF4 has removed the "ask on each cookie" option, .. making
it instead for third party cookies only, and none of the add-ons appear to
RESTORE that functionality!

Does anyone have some insight as to how to make FF4 ask before allowing
any cookie like FF3?
