What psycho would want to put ADSL on fiber?  That doesn't even make
much sense.  ADSL is specifically a technology for pushing data over
copper - if it isn't over copper it isn't DSL of any kind.

MPLS services over fiber are becoming more readily available.  That is
what I would inquire about.
