VNC has limitations on Vista.  The biggest one I've run into is that
you can't run the server as a service; it has to be in the StartUp for
the individual user.

Really, Remote Desktop (or remote assistance) is the way to go in this
case.  It'll be much more bandwidth-friendly than any readable VNC
configuration.
