No, we weren't that bad.  And there simply isn't enough information to
help him.  No BSOD text.  No core dumps (or whatever the Win32
equivalent is), no detailed information at all.  If this were a bug
report, it would be deleted for gross incompleteness.

I think the 'elitist attitude' is all in your perception.  Could you
point out an example?
