It's never a good idea to teach to a product...  Your driving
instructor doesn't teach you how to drive a 4 cylinder stick shift
ford focus, and nothing else...  You learn how to drive autos in
general.  Same goes for computers and software.  In that sense, Linux
and OO.o are actually _more valuable_ teaching aids because they
_aren't_ what most businesses use.
