[GRLUG] Possibilty of creating a nonprofit orgination

Isn't the bigger cost Internet access?

I bought a $50 junker at VC Tech Source.
1GHz processor.  512MB of RAM.  Plenty
good for surfing and e-mail.  So the cost
of a machine is not too much of an issue.
