It's gangster slang.
blah (n.) <http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=blah> [image: Look up
blah at Dictionary.com] <http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=blah>"idle,
meaningless talk," 1918, probably echoic; the adj. meaning "bland, dull" is
from 1919, perhaps infl. by Fr. blasé "bored, indifferent." The
blahs"depression" is first attested 1969.
It means the thing I want to say is so insignificant that to say it would
probably be a waste of time. But it may have been worth typing in this case.
