[GRLUG] Comcast prices

 I bolixed the last message.  Some of this might be a repeat.


 Anyway,  I currently pay $70 for a Comcast 6Mbps/768Kbps service,
 in the GR area.  $15 of this is for a basic cable TV package that I
 don't even use.


 Today someone said they received a card with a promotion on it, for
 4 months for a 6 Mbps/384Kbps service,  for $20 a month.  After that
 it's $43 a month   But the service seems odd - 6M/384K is not a
 combination I've seen before - if this is right.


  Is anyone paying less than $70 for the 6M/768K setup?  That would
  exclude people that have Comcast TV.
