[GRLUG] Browsers crash on Kubuntu

I ran this, but the result is inconclusive
because memtest86 doesn't support
the i815 chip set in the machine. This
is the message when I select "advanced
features." While the test runs to some
kind of conclusion, and no errors are
reported, hitting ESC to reboot doesn't
then work. The test stops at 79%, test 8,
each time - I did this with a couple of
different memories.

I have no idea how old this machine is.
The driver Linux is using is for an i810
chip set, but from what I read, it supports
both the i810 and i815 chip sets.

Anyway, it's not clear to me what the
bottom line is on this since it's not possible
to run the test in a more exhaustive fashion,
nor is it clear what "i815 not supported"
actually means given that the test runs
at all.
