Definitely truth to this. Everything on my openSUSE LEAP laptop "just
works", out of the box.
Also with the SaaSification (cloudification) of all things there is
simply less for LINUX to do. IT is, every day. less about providing
service and more about managing contracts. That has carved off the
majority of sysadmin-ish category questions.
