THe use case is, vor example, grlug.org forwarding email to admin@ to a
member's email @gmail.com.

Gmail is now blocking that forward *unless* the sending MTA does not have
"-all" in that SPF record.

The main issue, perhaps, is a valid forward of a user email, vs. an
unahthorized relay, which could be SPAM?
