[GRLUG] speedtest-cli lies???

Seeing a big difference between GUI version & CLI version:

 * Same target server
 * CLI can be bound to source IP, .. GUI must have 2nd IF shutdown
 * 2nd IF up/down, no difference

	GUI	Down OK		Up OK
	CLI	Down OK		Up 1/5 of GUI!!!

Consistant all day, .. any possible reason? Need to have CLI function
properly for Nagios check.
