Permissions? Only root@ or a context holding some role [I cannot
recall] can *modify* the ctime/mtime of a file; otherwise anyone could
play merry hob with your filesystem.
This is especially an issue if you are using network mounted file-
systems where one side may recognize the god-powers of a context but
they do not translate to the other.
