[GRLUG] online reservation failure

When I try to register online for a hotel
(http://french-hotel-berkeley.com/online-reservations/) I get this error
message with no additional info:

"Sorry, this URL is invalid. Some parameters required for processing the
online reservation are missing."

The hotel people say that this means parameter settings are my end are
not right.

Googling it seems to return specifics for certain companies (PayPal,
Cisco, ...) but nothing in general.

Any ideas?
