Hi Ben,
Pfsense for the win.
Untangle cost money, monowall doesn't seem to be used much, same deal with ipcop.
Depending on your hardware it might make sense to pick up an edge router lite for power cost. They work pretty well with a vyatta is clone and their is discussion that pfsense 2.2 might make it on the device.
