Or botching and then it just not working [more likely].

Let the router be the router and the server be the server.  The WRT when
left to just packet switching is probably more than capable; if not just
get a better router.

Combining the router and the server just makes management a head-ache
with lots of little catch-22 order-of-operation problems.
