Mine are all built, I have not used packages yet. 4.0.3 should be
fine if there are packages available; 4.0.3 fixes most of the bugs you'd
notice. I'll be switching to packages but none were available when we
rolled out in early December - 4.0.0 just happened to coincide with
that. I'd been running tests on betas for awhile, it actually worked
for most of 2012 without any significant issues - mostly a bunch of
clean-up and tidiness happened for 4.0.0 [final].
