[GRLUG] Local APC UPS Repair

The last time I had a UPS blow, I found that, for the consumer-grade UPSs,
99% of the cost of the UPS was the battery.  So it was simply cheaper to
get a new UPS.
Repairing the old UPS was actually more expensive.
