[GRLUG] SugarCRM install: set AllowOverride query

Well I went ahead and installed SugarCRM without doing anything about
the Override, and afterwards went in and set AllowOverride for the
entire /var/www/html directory. SugarCRM is all that will be operating
in tht directory anyway. Then I went and fixed the Sugar .htaccess file
to look like the one in the installation instructions. Seems to be
working OK.
