[GRLUG] Making a case for a Raspberry Pi (3D Printer Question)

Yup, that's what I am looking for. Really any of them look like they'd work
I'm not real picky.
I just need to know how much $$ is needed to cover the materials and
someones time to print it up (oh, and what colors are available).
