[GRLUG] The Raspberry Pi Model B has had its RAM doubled to 512MB, but will stay at its original price

Only ideas I've had were:

Use it as an internet radio device that I can control via a webpage that
will play through my stereo in my bedroom. I saw a neat youtube video of a
guy using xbmc for this that I'm going to try out first.

I don't know how possible this will be, but I want to eventually use one to
work with my message board that I aquirred but just haven't had enough time
to completely redo.

I'm sure I'll start thinking of more as soon as I get the device. I stopped
checking out what people were doing with them a while ago since it took
them forever and a day to ship mine.


These things will probably turn into the experience I had with
Atoms/Zacates. Once I got my hands on one, I kept finding uses for them. I
now have 2 Atoms and 2 Zacates. Marvelous creatures.
