[GRLUG] Amavis question

Here's an interesting situation:

Need to receive emails from a remote system, and have in the past. the IP
is listed in access.db:

access:68.89.154.121    OK
Binary file access.db matches

The IP does not show up in any RBLs [per mxtoolbox], ..

An email from the IP, however, is rejected by Amavis:

Any thought on why Amavis would reject the email, even though it is
whitelisted and not on a RBL we use?
