On Windows, besides AnyDVD HD, there’s DVDFab. (DVDFab also now works on OS X.)

As Kevin said, the only Linux solution that I know of, is MakeMKV.

One thing to be aware of if you’ve never ripped a Blu-ray before is that the process is not anywhere near as easy as it is with DVDs. Blu-rays are usually mastered in such a way that various chunks of video, audio, and subtitles are mixed together at playback time to form the main movie—depending on options chosen by the user. So if your goal is just to rip the main movie, as opposed to the whole disc, plan on spending some time educating yourself on how the process works and then with each movie making the correct selections. You may be able to find forums that recommend what to rip, especially for popular titles.

Note that MakeMKV’s documentation is quite sparse, but there is lots of useful information in their and other forums.
