[GRLUG] Ubuntu Update Warning

I just went to Ubuntu 12.4? kerenel 3.2.0-25 
and my cpu will not boot.
So far all  of the google stuff does not help...

I  boot to prev version ....

Update I just installed 32 bit - and it seams to work
