[GRLUG] Charter Packet Loss

Anyone else have packet loss on the charter network? Seems to come and 
go. It has been doing this off and on for the last few months. Will be 
find for 4-5 days, then i'll have packet loss all day... After that day 
it will be fine again for 4-5 days, then 30-50% packet loss...
