Probably not, but then it wouldn't be cheap; you're asking for
something designed for industrial use, not
user-goes-to-Walgreens-when-it-breaks use.

SD only supports cards up to 2GB. That's not a lot of space. It's
certainly possible to fit an OS into that amount of space, but it's
more work. SDHC goes up to 32GB.
