And, go figure. This thing has been stumping me for a couple weeks*,
and I only just now thought to compare to the squid configuration on
RC's primary server. I was missing cache_peer_access lines which
*allow*. Lines like this:
cache_peer_access httpAccel allow mySites
Well, at least I'm making progress on this one again.
* Not a whole lot of time to poke at it
