On Mac OSX, a right click (or ctrl-click if you haven't gotten a n+1
button mouse, which current Apple mouses are) brings up a context
sensitive menu. I think that started around v8.0, but might have been
earlier. No need for most File menu operations since they are really
easy to get to with the cmd key, and are pretty intuitive. There have
often been after market enhancements for this feature as well, and
it's probably easy to add to the menu if desired.
