I checked with Omnis. They said:
--"all timeouts relate to connectivity on the users end to us"
--Outbound server is mail.omnis.com port 587
--inbound server is mail.omnis.com with port 110
I've turned off both AVG antivirus and the Windows firewall.
Still getting the connection timeout.
