either a DOCSIS 2.0+-IPv6 or DOCSIS 3

Apparently the primary motivation for World
IPv6 Day is to alert users to the likelihood
that the world will run out of IPv4 addresses
in 2011.  Apparently IPv6 will, in some sense,
be mandatory in a few years.
