[GRLUG] screen problem (continued from November)

I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like a bulb problem. A burned out lamp
will work for a couple minutes, then turn off, but since it is only the
backlight, you can still faintly see the image. I've seen it a few times in
monitors/TVs. Also, if you wanted, I have an external floppy drive you could
borrow (Jenison).
