[GRLUG] FF4 Cooke Management?

Just started playing with FF4, and it is missing a CRITICAL feature that
has been a mainstay to me for many years - cookie management that will
"ask on every cookie" [NOT 3rd party only, which seems to be the option in
FF4.]

None of the FF4 "cookie manager" AddIns provide the functionality like FF3
- allowing cookies for session, permanently, or none (just like NoScipt).

What are other folks using for cookie management in FF4?
