Aren't any circuit breakers, .. but:

1) Are there *ANY* lights on the PC?

2) Make sure the outlet/power strip where it's plugged in is hot.

3) If you don't have any lights but you do have power, you probably need a
power supply. $15 at most retail stores, .. take your old one out to make
sure you get the right one (IDE vs. SATA, MB, etc.).
