I'm familiar with CVS and SVN by choice.  MS SourceSafe because, well,
those memories are blocked, and I can't recall if it's because of NDA,
emotional suppression, or both.

Do Hgt and bzr have decent Windows versions of their tools?  That's a
significant failing of Git that makes project participation difficult.
