[GRLUG] NOT Linux

All yesterday, and today until about now
I've had very sluggish upload speeds on
Comcast "service."   I'm talking a few
Kbps up, and with great latency.

Anyone else see this?  It might have
cleared up now, but not because of
anything I did.
