My old AOpen AP53 had a 200MHz K6 processor in it, but I know it could
go at least as low as 166MHz.  It had USB headers and, IIRC, used the
UHCI spec for its host controller.  I only ever ran the 2.2 and 2.4
series kernels on it, though; I'd upgraded to a 750MHz box by the time
2.6 came out.
