Informix is still around?  Huh.  I cut my UNIX teeth maintaining a SCO
UNIX box (before SCO was evil) running Informix 4gl.  Had a Y2K problem
with it, too.  The guy who wrote the 4gl program coded several of the
input screens with a hard "19" before the final two digits of the year
(scraping them from the database field that also included the "20"
before the "00") thus turning "2000" into "1900."  An Intel developer
helped me make the necessary changes to the 4gl code.  Always fond
memories.  :-)
