I have been running Zimbra for about a year now for about 20 users at
work. A few tidbits from experience:
    It needs its own dedicated computer or virtual machine because it
does not play well if other programs are installed.
    The server or VM should have at least a 2GHz proc (preferably dual
core, or SMP) and at least 2GB RAM.
    If you don't have a commercial SSL Cert, FF3 is slightly annoying
because of the self-signed certs.
