Well... sort of... With a 32 bit version of linux you can get somewhere
around 3.25GB of RAM per process. If the machine has 4GB it can still
use all of it just not in the same process (again... sort of...) Also,
don't forget that it's possible to use PAE to get upwards of 64GB of RAM
supported. Again though, only 3.25GB or so per process.
