You might consider a managed Asterisk system

We use Aretta.com

Very good features set and cut our costs hugely. Only thing you have to
have is a reliable internet connection that can support all your phones,
which is typically a lot less than many POTS or managed T-1 services.

We saved a serious amount of monthly cash going to a managed service.
