To follow up on the commands needed to get Local Groups to be equivalent
to "Domain Groups"


As root of course, and perhaps (now that things have progressed), a
proper kerberos ticket issued from the Windows AD server.


net groupmap modify ntgroup="Domain Admins" unixgroup=admins
net groupmap modify ntgroup="Domain Users" unixgroup=users


Of course the mind endlessly can come up with combinations... but these
are the ones you've had issues with Jim. I hope this helps out.
