Covad Provisions for a huge amount of GOOD DSL providers. I mean
nationwide.

They have a very good infrastructure and emerged from bankruptcy a few
(5?) years ago in *MUCH* better shape than it was expected.

Since then, they have been very shrewd and very strategic, buy failing
companies that over extended themselves on expansion. Covad then get the
benefits of newer stuff for about 20 cents on the dollar typically.
