I'd head over to godaddy.com, buy a domain name and use either
zoneedit.com or dyndns.com and "ddclient" for a dyndns update client
on your linux box. Then, setup Sendmail with an actual domain. It'll
cost you less than $10 buckaroos a year for the domain.
Still, some mail servers do a reverse dns lookup. You may still be
bounced by those.
